1. Use of Website

You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only and not to use it in a way that could harm NICHEGO or others.

2. Products and Orders

  • All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • All items are made-to-order. In rare cases, materials used to make samples may become unavailable. In such situations, we offer a free consultation where the customer can choose to either:
    a) Substitute the material with a very similar-looking one, or
    b) Choose from suggested options provided by us.
    The customer will always be contacted before we proceed with the order and has the right to cancel if they do not wish to continue.

3. Shipping

  • We ship to Canada, the U.S., and other regions as listed at checkout.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary.

  • NICHEGO is not responsible for customs fees or lost packages once shipped.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Because we don’t hold inventory and each item is crafted individually, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support of mindful, small-batch production.
