Committed to responsibility, NICHEGO uses only eco-leather and faux fur, staying true to its philosophy of mindful creation. ORDERS & POLICIES
Our garments are crafted entirely in-house, handmade from scratch with meticulous attention to detail. This in-house production is at the core of our slow fashion philosophy, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Each piece requires a minimum of one week to produce, as we prioritize artistry over speed, ensuring that every garment is a unique, considered creation rather than a mass-produced item. We appreciate your support for this intentional and sustainable approach to fashion.
At this time, personal adjustments are not available; however, customization may be possible with prior confirmation. Please reach out to us in advance to discuss any specific requests.
Fittings are not currently available; however, if applicable, we may arrange a meet-up in Toronto for fitting purposes. Alternatively, we can send samples for fittings at the customer's expense. Please note that these fittings will only be done in our production sample size, which is most often XS/S. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact us.
Since all of our items are MTO (Made-to-order), we currently don't accept any returns. Thank you for your understanding.
